Booking & Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
The deposit will go toward your final balance on the day of your service.
Deposits are non-refundable (unless I cancel or reschedule the appointment) but can be transferred once if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
After two no-shows, you will be required to pay in full upfront for any future bookings.
No Extra Guests Policy
To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed unless receiving a service.
Refund Policy
All services and deposits are non-refundable.
If you experience a reaction or issue, please contact me within 48 hours, and we will discuss a solution.
