Booking & Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

  • A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • The deposit will go toward your final balance on the day of your service.

  • Deposits are non-refundable (unless I cancel or reschedule the appointment) but can be transferred once if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

  • After two no-shows, you will be required to pay in full upfront for any future bookings.

No Extra Guests Policy

  • To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed unless receiving a service.

Refund Policy

  • All services and deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you experience a reaction or issue, please contact me within 48 hours, and we will discuss a solution.
